I started today on
MyFitnessPal. This website rocks! You can find any food that you can think of in their database. You just log what you eat daily and it adds it up for you! You also get
helpful tips from other members on the message boards. It tracks your progress and lets you manage your weight loss, exercise, daily foods,
BMI and all kinds of other stuff!
I am enjoying it so far. I haven't found one thing that the do not have listed in their food database. So if you are attempting on loosing weight or managing your current weight, you should check it out!!!
