Boo 2009....Yah 2010!!

I hope that you all have had a great year. For some it's one that they would rather not remember and for some they have enjoyed the year. I can say that for myself I am so happy to see 2009 go. Its been a year with a lot of up's and down's. I hope that 2010 is better for everyone.

The one good thing about 2009 is, I started blogging. It has forever change me for the good. I have met some true sweethearts. It has honestly made a difference in my life. Thank you to all of you that have made me laugh and made me smile! Thank you for your emails, cards and thoughtful comments. I look forward to getting to know you all better! Thanks again!

Gone for sooo long...=)

Dude, I haven't posed in a while. That's not cool. I am falling off of the band wagon here. So it's been a little hectic in my world. Glad things are somewhat coming together again. since the last post a lot has been going on. I decided I needed a change. I am not one for change , but I thought what the heck a new year.. a new me? So I have a new haircut, and no highlights and I am totally loving the change, maybe I should do it more often.

I only had Friday off for the holidays so ... guess what! I get sick on my only day off!?! I mean really? Who else does this happen to? No one but me I am sure, lol. So any way after trying to get better, I am hoping that I can enjoy this Thursday and Friday off. Thursday is a maybe and Friday is a definite.

So, I hope that everyone had a great vacay! I am back to posting and reading everyone elses. =D

The Weekend Review

Sorry for being gone so long. These last few days have been so crazy. I am trying to get my life somewhat back to normal. In the mix of doing all of that I am going back to school in January, so of course all of that has to be taken care of.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Here is how my weekend played out. Saturday the NO Saint's played the Dallas Cowboys...which sucked ...they lost =(. The hubby and I decided to go out and grab a drink and a bite to eat and watch the game. Yeah, it started to suck when the Saints started losing... ha ha! Even the beer that we drank didn't help =)

So Sunday ...naturally I woke up with a KILLER headache. I forgot what it was like to have a hangover. I had so much to do though so I had to literally force myself to do all that had to be done. One of my best friends Stefanie and I went to a place here in town called Paint Pals and we painted and had sooo much fun. I will post those pics in a few days. Then I had to get things ready for the week..since I have to work all week..bummer!

So tonight I have been trying to relax and try to feel better. I haven't been feeling like myself lately.. I am hoping this begin to turn around. I really wish I could get rid of the thyroid issues they are becoming annoying..

So any ways I am sorry if I seem a little scattered or rambled so many thoughts flowing lol...Hope you all have a great week! I will be back to posting again!

Well girls, I am thinking of changing my blog name. I started this blog 3 mths ago and have since found someone with almost the same name. I am sure she probably had it first so I thought ...Maybe I should change mine?

Dream Analyzer Wanted, Lol

So today's post is a something I just keep experiencing and its kind of silly. Its gotten to the point that I am constantly thinking about it. I have some pretty crazy dreams. I do not know if they have any meaning, but I have had this one dream over and over and over again. So I thought who else better to share it with than my blog friends.

I am going to give you a little history so you will all know how this comes about. I work for a Cardiologist and most of my patients are very very sick and require a lot of attention. So here is how the dream ALWAYS begins....

I start by going in to work at some hospital(its not a familiar one). I say hey to my co- workers and put my stuff up and then begin looking over the charts for my patients I have for the day(I only have 2 patients , who's rooms are directly across from one another, the other rooms are all empty{This will NEVER happen}).I start to make my rounds by going in a getting their vitals and checking on them. They are both male patients and both are elderly men. I get them both taken care of and go back to the desk to write up my reports when all hell breaks loose.

I hear one of the machines beeping , so I run in the room and the patient is coding ( flat line/ no cardiac output). I begin to work on him doing CPR and trying to get him back. I am screaming for another nurse to come help and no one can hear me? I work on him until I can't do it any longer and run out in the hall to get help. I see all of the other nurses sitting at their desk writing but no one moves or even hears me?

Classical music is playing in the hallways and I keep begging for help. When I go to head back in the room , my ONLY other patients machine starts beeping I go to the door and that man is coding as well. My arms are in so much pain from doing continual CPR that I cant even hold them up. I still run to the bed and then begin crappy CPR. I still keep yelling, " Somebody please come help me. I need someone STAT. Anybody .. please help I am loosing both of them at the same time. "

I am so exhausted I just have to quit because I am not doing any good for either of them. I walk out in the hall and no one is in the hallway and the other nurses are all still in the very same place writing as if they can't hear me? I walk up to one and say "please help me my patients are dying, I need some help" and she never moves or looks at me?

I then usually wake up so short of breath I am sure from doing CPR all night. I wish I knew what I looked like in my sleep. I am sure its probably friggin hilarious. I am sure I am doing chest compressions on the bed or something,lol. I hate this dream and I have it all the time. Then the next day I go to work and I am give out. I told my coworkers and they have all told me that they have had dreams similar to it.

You feel like you work and work and your losing control of the situation. I like to be in control when it comes to my job. I always want to be able to respond to an emergency if I have to.We all laugh and joke about it at work..if I am super tired they will ask" I am sure your just tired from having to do CPR all night". lol!

Sorry to have dumped it all out on my blog, but really I don't know if I can keep having this stupid dream. Do you ever feel as if you do not have control of the situation? What do you do to gain control? Help me as you can see I am losing it...lol

The Few Things I Wish For...

-I wish very special wishes for Summer. Hold tight my friend good things are in your future...they just HAVE to be! I see little chirp chirp's and I think of you! =)

-I wish that some of my friends and I were closer again. I miss you Emily and Ashley!

-I wish that we would have snow this year, which is not going to happen.

-I wish that I would have finished school. Lacking 16 hrs to graduate and what did I do? Quit? So close to having my Art Degree, why would I do something like that..

-I wish my hair would get longer..faster!

-I wish for a little bundle of joy so very badly..maybe my time will come soon?

-I wish for my trip to New York would hurry up and get here!!!

-I wish that Alabama would win the National Championship and the Saint's could win the Super Bowl!

-I wish I had a new Jessica Simpson purse. Her purses are my favorite!

-I wish for a new wardrobe...in serious need..

-I wish for a pet! I miss my doggie and kitty..its not the same without them!


I know that's enough I wishes for a while..it can't hurt to wish can it?

Monday Madness

So, today ended the 5 day weekend I had. I was very bummed. It went by waaay to fast, as always. I had so much to post this morning, but was pressed for time so I made it short and sweet. Just to let you all know, that I didn't fall of of the earth! Ha =)

I have a few things to discuss. First off I am in search for some really good mascara. If you want to know a little piece about me ...I am addicted to mascara. I think I have tried them all at one point or another. I need something awesome again. So if you are anything like me and love mascara let me share the ones I have tried ( I will rate them 1-5, with 1 being worst and 5 being best).

Lancome Definicils- 1: The price is a little high and its just not that great, big let down.It makes you look like you only have 5 eyelashes!

Lancome Hypnose- 3: Is an ok mascara. Like if I was completely out I might use it.Again its a little pricey compared to some of the others.Gives some volume but no legnth..depends on what your looking for.

Cover Girl Lash Blast- 4: I liked this mascara, but its not as great as some others I have tried. I was told to get the waterproof. Its great for legnth, but not for volume. I wasn't real excited about the brush either. Short bristles?

Max Factor 2000 Calorie- 5: I love this mascara, but I think I am just looking for a change. I use it along with Maybelline Clossal Volume..good combination..

So basically I am looking for a mascara that does both legnth and volume. I have long eyelashes but I love to add to them!So if any of you have any suggestions..please share them!!

So I haven't even spoken about the Iron Bowl!! What is wrong with me? That's like of #1 importance!!! If your not from the south you will not understand and this will have no interest to you...but, ALABAMA won the Iron Bowl 2009!! ROLL TIDE! I am so excited! I had my houndstooth scarf and earrings and was loving the game...after the 2nd half!=) So we have gone undefeated this year.Which means again that we will have to play the Florida Gators. I am so ready for us to own Tim Tebow. I am so sick of hearing his name that, if I hear it again I will literally puke( as a matter of fact I think I just did). So this Saturday will be a VERY important day. I think I may need to take something for my nerves and blood pressure.I sure hope that we have our crap together!!! I am hoping we win a National Championship this year!

I am not sure if I have told you all of my love for Starbucks. I wish I had a VIP card and could just go anytime I wanted. I love my Venti Skinny Hazelnut Latte. Its one of my other obsessions...ha ha.

~My Tervis Tumbler- I love it!! If you do not have one you should seriously get one!

~My calendar: I am OCD I have it all written down.. if I mess up I CANNOT white anything out I have to get a new calendar. I know I know - I am weird!

~Last but not least: My blog! I have met so many sweet people and I continue to meet them!Wish I would have started this a long time ago! =)

I'm Back, for good...

I feel like I should be in really big trouble , because of my time away! It has been crazy in my world in the last 2 weeks, back to normal.. I hope. My husband and I went and "house sat" for my parents while they were away for the Thanksgiving holidays, this is my first Thanksgiving without them here =(. We enjoyed staying and keeping my younger sister and the dog and cat company. Its just hard being out of your comfort zone. I like having all of "my stuff" and of course the hubby is preaching of how I do not need to take all that I own, it never fails I always need something I DON'T HAVE! Imagine that! Not to go off on a tangent, but I have learned a big lesson.#1 Start packing waaaayyy before they do, we girls need a little time to prepare. #2 Never take them shopping anywhere, not even target, it was a dreadful experience.#3Do not waste your time telling them about a sale! =) I just thought I would share these if any of you didn't already know.

So , Thanksgiving is over. I had a great one. We got to see a lot of friends we don't see that often and just relax. So I am back ladies! I will post again later tonight! Hope you all have a fantastic Monday!

The Recipe Edition

So all day today I wanted to leave work and go to WalMart and buy everything thing on the "bakery" isle. I want to bake this weekend! So I am going through some of my favorite recipes and thought I would share one everyday with my blog friends. I hope you enjoy...these recipes are "southern"!

Classic Pound Cake ( MY FAV)

1 lb. All Purpose Flour (3 1/4 cups)
1 tablespoon Coarse Salt
4 sticks of Unsalted butter
2 cups of Sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
9 large eggs

Preheat oven to 325. Butter two 5X9 loaf pans. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar with a mixer on high until pale and fluffy, for 8 mins. Scrape sides of bowl and reduce speed to Medium. Add vanilla extract. Lightly beat 9 ROOM TEMPERATURE EGGS, add in 4 additions, mixing thoroughly after each and scrape down sides. Reduce speed to low, add flour mixture in four additions, mixing until incorporated. Divide batter between pans.Bake for 65 mins. Let cool on wire rack for 30 min.

I have a lot planned for the weekend. My parents are having a Football party tomorrow night, Alabama will be playing Mississippi State! Then Sunday I think my mom and I are going to hang out, maybe go shopping. I need to get a new purse for New York! I love BIG purses, so I am getting something small to carry the bare essentials! I just am so excited about my trip! My mom called today to tell me that we were going to stay an extra night in NY! So as I am counting down the days I only have 122 days left!

Sorry I went off the deep end. I am hoping that the hubby and I are still going to be able to go to Dallas, Texas for Thanksgiving we are still thinking about it! Well I hope you all have a great night, I am sure I will not be blogging after the party! Ha!

Oh what a Wednesday..

Hi girls! I hope all of you are having a great Wednesday! Today has been a little crazy for me today, but it makes the day go by faster! I am so excited the weekend is almost here! We are going to my parents this weekend and have a Football Party- Alabama plays Mississippi State! YAH! Its going to be so much fun, I cant wait! My hubby and I are still trying to decide if we are going to go to Dallas, Texas for Thanksgiving. I really want to go since I have never been to Texas. I think it will be a lot of fun for the both of us!

~Tomorrow is a very important day for me! I find out about school and what I am going to have to do! I hope it goes well. I have been worrying about it for almost 2 weeks!

~I have had so much fun with this blog! More than I ever could have imagined. I have met a lot of sweet people! Some I won't ever forget!Thank You Summer!I am still learning how to do a lot of it so if any of you have tips I would love to know! I am trying to figure out how to make a signature?hmm....

Monday Madness

So this morning was nuts! I wake up and I hear this on the news and radio about school closings, business closing and I think really? Its November, did someone not get the memo ...a hurricane/tropical storm? Its kinda funny because I can not ever in my lifetime reamember a hurricane happeneing in Novemeber. So today at work of course was totally chaotic,but it made the day go by so much faster!

I have so many things going on this week, I am not sure where to begin! I am hoping and praying about my school situation. My college tuition may be free! i will find out Thursday if I am going to have to pay or go at no charge. My mom has worked at this college for 25 years and employees children may go free. I am not sure if the rules will change, since I got marriend in May of last year.

I totally had a meltdown to my hubby this weekend. I took for granted that I had a free education.I know so many people who would do anything for a free college education and there I was not finishing and not taking it seriously. So now that I am older and wiser I am going to finish what I started. I know what I am going to have to do and I know the direction that I feel my life is taken.

I have been working in Cardiology for 4 years and I love it! I am going to get my RN and will work in Cardiac or the OR. So , Thursday is the day.... a very big day!I hope that everything will work out for me!

Why do weekends go by soooo fast?

Really the weekend is already gone, are you serious?I feel like I just got home from work?Well there is no need to sit and pout that I think that weekends go by too fast, nothing I can do to change it. So, he is the weekend in review...

So Friday when I got home from work the hubby and I watched some of The Office! Yes, I absolutely love this show. Jim and Dwight are my favs!!If you haven't seen the show you show definitely check it out! Then Saturday was the Alabama vs. LSU game! In which we won, Roll Tide!I get so mad when I watch football,lol I am not sure why? Like I am better than Saban or something? lol. I just really think we have a weak QB and he is going to have to step up his game if we want any chance in beating Florida.Another is freaking Julio? Really you have missed how many passes? C'mon, you are an allstar, show us what you can do with all the talent that you have? Enough ranting about that, going to get the blood pressure up.
So after the game we went to a friends house to watch a MMA ( Mixed Martial Art), its kind of like UFC if you weren't sure what I was talking about. Then came home and crashed. So today I cleaned my house and time slipped away from me. I had all intentions of going to my friend Stefanie's to see her new house, but next thing I knew it was 7 and I still had to go to WalMart. So I am going next weekend to see it. So on my way home my friend Kassie ( who is pregnant) wanted me to stop by and talk about baby names. She is having a little girl, she is 5 mths along. Its kid of a bitter sweet topic. I love talking about babies, but it gets me down sometimes. I just want to be happy for her, because I would want her to do the same for me. So we chatted and came up with Ella Hope. Her hubby isn't too picky on the name so, us girls tried to come up with something unique. I stayed for a few and then came on home to get stuff ready for the week and to blog since I have neglected for a day or two...becoming a bad blogger!

So that is my weekend, not sure what next weekend has in store. I hope everyone has a great night and I shall write tomm!

Day 2: I Am Thanful for../Typical Tuesday =)

So my day 2 "Thankful for" is my family. I have the best family that anyone could ask for! I couldn't have picked a better mother if I had hand picked her myself. She has always been so good to me and for that I am very grateful. She is such an awesome friend too!I love her more than she will ever know! Thank You Mom for being the best!

I have a younger sister, Savanna (who is 20 yrs old). She is a great sister... I wouldn't trade her in either! As we grew up we fought alot because of our age difference and we were both girls and she ALWAYS wanted what I had because I was older! I never had anything , because she always took my things! I still love her though! Love ya Sav!

And last but not least my Dad. Wow, growing up this man was very difficult to live with....wanna know why? Because we are soooo much alike ! I love him so much though! Now that I am married and no longer live at home we are so much closer. Love Ya Dad!

Now my "Typical Tuesday".. so Tuesday's always seem to be kind of hectic at work. The time change has been screwing me up so bad... I am not liking it at all! today seemed to be off to a good start, until the day started dragging along. I felt like I heard my name literally 97 times. I thought , ya know maybe if I act like I don't hear them, they will go away? I have days where I feel like that. Like, I want to grab my purse and go to the social security place and do a complete name change! Well today was that day! Every little thing seemed to get on my nerves. I try to wrap my mind around how my patients think and I just don't get it?
These people come to the doctor, obviously to be seen and TREATED...so why in God's name do you not come prepared? I mean how can you take a medication that you dont know the name, why your taking it or who gave it to you? Really, you just take whats in the medication bottle and its just over after that?
I guess the part that bothers me even more is when they reply" I take one white round pill, 2 blue pills and a brown one"? Ok, yeah I know what you are taking....NOT!!!!
I am a really sweet person and it takes a lot to upset me or make me mad. Therefore, I try so kindly to tell them. You really need to know what you take. If you cannot remember they have paper and pens...WRITE IT DOWN.

Wow, I went off on that one ...sorry. Now that I am trying to bring my blood pressure back down..Ha Ha! I hope everyone had a great day..they week is almost over! YAH! I am soooo ready for the weekend! The Alabama Crimson Tide will be playing LSU this weekend....Great game!! I am hoping that my man...Mr.Nick Saban has his plan ready ...Roll Tide!!

Day 1 : I am thankful for....

I found a really cute blog that I just love to read, it's http://belleonheels.blogspot.com/ . I go each and every day to check it out. I haven't met her, but she seems like a sweet girl. Today I logged on to make a post and she is posting about what she is thankful for. Her day 1 thankful , is for her friends. I totally agree with her. I have had a lot of friends through out the years and some who were not good friends and some that I still cherish. I have gained more friends over time and some who I will never forget. You have those friends in life, who make such an impact that you just can't forget them!

The Relaxing Weekend

So the weekend went by way too fast..they all do. My weekend was a rather relaxed one. I had a migraine most of the day Saturday =(. We didn't have a game to watch this weekend , Alabama had their off week.... in which they needed. So the hubby and I went Saturday night and went to Kohl's and Target. I love both of those stores!! I bought these gloves at Kohl's (no, it doesn't get cold enough to wear gloves in Alabama) that are so soft and comfy. I got them mainly for my trip to New York. They were on sale for $5. I am on the search for a cream colored pea coat. I want one soo bad!

Then we decided to go to Target. I found the E.L.F stuff I have previously posted about. They had so many cute sets. So I got the lip gloss set and the eye set. I am loving the lip gloss, but honestly the mascara sucks. Then we came home and just chilled out and watched the newest episode of The Office( THE BEST SHOW EVER).

So today we had plans to go to this fruits and vegetable market, little did we know they were closed on Sunday =(. So on the way home we stopped at this store that I haven't been in for some time. Al's 5 and 10. They had so much Alabama stuff!! I found this really cute pair of hounds tooth earrings! They are adorable! Then we decided to come back home and hang out. Our friends invited us to watch a movie with them so we rode over to their place and hung out for a few.

I AM GOING TO NEW YORK!

I AM GOING TO NEW YORK!!! Well my next little adventure out of the south will be to the "Big Apple". I am so excited! My mom, my sister and I will be going to New York in March. I have so many things that I want to do and not sure if I have enough time to fit them all in! We are planning on staying in Time Square. My mom has booked us a Sex In The City Tour and Momma Mia on Broadway. This will be my first Broadway show! We are also planning on going to FAO Schwarz(the toy store in Home Alone).I hope to go to Jimmy Choo's too!

This is going to be so much fun! My sister has never flown before so this will be an experience for her! I love to fly! So if anyone knows of some things you must do in New York post me a comment!

My Weekend Treats!!

Well I had a great weekend. I spent some time with my parents, made an Alabama football blanket (I will post it tomorrow!), and then went shopping today. My mom spoils me with all kinds of things...she is truly the best! Here are my weekend finds..enjoy!!

1. E.L.F 5 piece professional brush set( which I LOVE)
I only paid like $5 for all of them and they are soooo soft!

2. Lancome Absolu Foundation( its the best)
I am trying this for the first time. I love the way it feels and has great coverage.

3. Lancome Mauicomplet Concealer(miracle in a tube!!)
i have been looking for this stuff all my life! I wish I would have knew about this long before now. I have a few red splotches on my face and this stuff makes it disappear!!!

4. Lancome Photogenic Loose Powder(and I got a free gift)
This powder is amazing. My mom was telling me about it. She uses it and it has somewhat of a shimmer to it. I like it a lot too!

5. Palmer's Cocoa Butter Body Oil
This is actually a very good make up remover its good for dry skin. You use it to remove your make up and mascara and then you use you face wash. I love it!!

6. LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara
So one of the blogs that I follow, Kelli, talks about this mascara a lot. Mascara is my favorite thing out of make up. She swears by it , so I tried it and now I am hooked!!!Its the best mascara ever!

7.Rimmel Gentle Eye Make-up Remover
This is really good for stubborn "water-proof" mascara and it doesn't burn your eyes. I use it to try to get all of my mascara that the oil doesn't get.

So I am going to love playing with all of my new things! I am so excited about them all!!I also got a free gift with my make up. I haven't had a chance to play with it all yet so I will have to update you on my other "goodies".

Tomorrow I will post pictures of my new Alabama blanket that I made. I <3 class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8">soooo cute! They are so easy to make too!

Today as I was looking around on blogger I stumbled upon a girl teaching how to do a "light make-up". I loved the brushes that she used and cute eye shadow. She had a lot of good techniques! She tells you where you can find all of the things that she uses and where you can find them.

I logged on to the E.L.F website and found the make-up is cute and inexpensive. I looked up what stores carried it, so I am going to check it out and keep you all posted!

I love this kind of stuff! It makes every girl smile!!

Smoothie King's Angel Food

Smoothie King's Angel Food = Best Smoothie Ever!!

This is one of my all time favorite treats. I love this place!! My favorite is the Angel Food. My husband and I make smoothies for dinner. I always wanted to know exactly how they made it because its light and refreshing.

I surfed around and found the recipe and will share it with you. I hope you enjoy !

Angel Food Recipe (20oz):
4 oz strawberries
1 small or medium sized banana
1/8 cup of Turbinado (raw sugar) aka hawaiian sugar. you can substitute with Splenda or Equal for lower calories
1/8 cup powdered milk
1/2 tsp. soy protein (available for retail at SK)
1-2 drop of Vanilla extract
about 1 & 1/2 cup of ice
and add water as desired for smoothness
Don't add water or less strawberries for thickness

I started today on MyFitnessPal. This website rocks! You can find any food that you can think of in their database. You just log what you eat daily and it adds it up for you! You also get helpful tips from other members on the message boards. It tracks your progress and lets you manage your weight loss, exercise, daily foods, BMI and all kinds of other stuff!

I am enjoying it so far. I haven't found one thing that the do not have listed in their food database. So if you are attempting on loosing weight or managing your current weight, you should check it out!!!

The G2 by Pilot

To some this may be a stupid post. A post about a pen? Well, this isn't just any pen. It's the G2 by Pilot. I absolutely LOVE this pen. I have several in my purse, because it's the only pen I like to use.

They come in a 2 pack and you can get them almost anywhere. I always grab a pack when I go to WalMart ( I would hate to not have an extra).

It may sound really silly, but since I have to write a lot I wanted to find a pen that I love. Thanks to my friend and co-worker Stefanie, I am now hooked on this pen.

So if any one has to write a lot like I do, you should check it out( sure you will <3 it!) By the way they come in "bold" and "fine". Fine is the best , bold puts out a little to much ink.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

As most of you know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. So many women are affected by this disease each year. I am sure that everyone has a story to tell about someone they know that has battled Breast Cancer and I want to share mine.About a year ago I started working with one of the Cardiologist at Mobile Infirmary. I had known his nurse before I started working with him and she is one of those memorable people that you just don't forget, her name is Charlene. Charlene and I would go every Wednesday to Monroeville, Alabama and have clinic at one of the offices up there. It makes it easier for the people that cannot drive all the way to Mobile to see their doctor. So we got to know each other more and more and became good friends. In April of this year Charlene was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I hated so bad to know that she was going to have to battle this horrible disease. Not that I would want to see anybody have to struggle through it , but especially not her. I knew that she was and still is a very strong person and I knew she could beat it. I also knew that she would have a long road ahead of her, but with all the supporters on her side she could do it. She had the tumor removed and started Chemotherapy in the beginning of the summer. She had a total of 8 treatments that she would have to take ( 4 of one and 4 of another).After the 2nd or 3rd treatment she started to loose her hair. She went through many treatments that were bad, but not horrible. After the first treatment of the second type of Chemo she knew that this one was going to be the worst. She even worked while taking her treatments! Even though many days she just couldn't make it she put forth a lot of effort. I cannot imagine taking Chemo and working. So for that Charlene I applaud you! Charlene has been such an inspiration to me. She is such a sweet and kind person who has done so much for me. She is a great person to work with as well. Thank you Charlene for all you have done for me, you will never know how much it has all meant to me !

Charlene is one of many that have fought this disease and I am sure she will not be the last. So to all you women who have fought it - Congratulations!

We Are The Alabama Crimson Tide

As most of you know I love Alabama Football! Here is one of my favorite players...Mt.Cody. I just <3 him! He is like a big teddy bear! He has amazing skills and always gives 110%!

The season is going well and I expected nothing less! Saban is truly an amazing coach! I am sure its a privilege to work for this Legend of a coach!

So this week is Homecoming for The Crimson Tide...I wish all the Seniors the best and hope that their last Homecoming at Alabama is a memorable one!

Starting My Blog

I have been thinking about starting a blog. It seems like it may be a fun little "outlet" to share things with my friends and family. I am learning how to get it all set up, so if you have any suggestions....I am up for them.

Hopefully it will be fun and creative! I think I am really going to enjoy it!
